For Wi-Fi Reliability, United Wings International Trusts AeroWave
Переглядів 3304 роки тому
United Wings International required a reliable Wi-Fi system on board their charter aircraft, and chose AeroWave 100 with Avionics Sales Corporation’s recommendation. AeroWave 100 was the best fit because of its small antenna, only-pay-for-what-you-use business model, and reliable connectivity on the ground and in the air.

KSN 770 WAAS GPS Navigator/MFD -Introduction to Frequently Asked Questions
At Last! After year searching. Im an avionics tech and this information is gold. Thanks for converting to CD to YT Video.
Will there ever be compatibility with the Garmin GI275?
When Trutrak announced their sale to Bendix King, they promised that my Trutrak unit would continue to be supported. Yet a year later, they refused to even look at my unit, which was malfunctioning intermittently. Given this, I would never even consider purchasing anything from this company.
I cannot find any pdf manuals for King KWX 56 radar🥲
Do these run the exact same software as the Avidyne IFD units?
Part 23 and 25
$13,999
Future updates for auto trim? IAS hold?
Looks like the training course online and the iPad app are gone. Too bad!
looks nice, but will BK abandon it when they do not get the sales they want? such as the KSN770
Lest we forget the KI-300 debacle
Take you damn hat off indoors. Screw your attempted brand ID!
If I have it on GPSS and my GPS is set on a GPS approach will the autopilot execute the descend on it’s own?
I've been in Avionics over 25 years now. And I've had two certified repair station in this time. I hate when people say how mush something will cost to installed. What about the the cost of removing the old autopilot, the condition of the plane, the shops insurance cost, cost of hangar rent & the list goes on. When Aspen first came out with the EFD1000 they said 8 hours to install. No it wasn't. Dealers got pissed off because that's what customers expected. And from what I see it requires a WAAS GPS to get all the features. Now your over $20K if you have to install a GPS. Here in the Houston area some hangars rent for the lower end $10k month higher $30k + month each airport is different. So please say an average install should cost X.
If you do not tell us and KEEP UPDATED a list of airplanes it is certified, then this is a waste of my time.
It literally took all of 45 seconds to go to their site, support, manuals, stc approvals to find the exact info you’re looking for. Lazy
Cool
Andrew/Bendix, There seems to be much confusion in regards to the TruTrak being authorized to fly a coupled approach as per the limitations written on 2.4 of the AFMS. Some say you can do a GPS approach down to 700ft and some say you can't. Instead of hearing so much conflicting information I'd prefer to hear from the professionals themselves. 1- does that also mean that even with LPV capability the TruTrak is not authorized for any instrument approach including any type of GPS approaches? 2- If you cannot fly a GPS approach in GPSS mode then I am assuming that limitation would not apply if you use the autopilot in track mode (stand alone mode) is that correct? Thanks for your help and clarification!
PLEASE UPDATED KLN 900
Great Products. I have a KFC 200 and would like to replace w/AeroCruze. Will it be ready this year?
Hi, is it certified for an ILS approach and a LNAV/VNAV approach down to 200 feet AGL?
The AeroCruze 100 is not capable flying coupled analog approaches (VOR/Loc/ILS). The AeroCruze 100 is limited to 700ft AGL in all operations, including LNAV/VNAV. Find out more and schedule a demo or call here: www.bendixking.com/en/products/ai/autopilots-and-indicators/aerocruze-100
Can it only interface with a Garmin G5? Is the G500 not supported?
The G500 has not been tested with the AeroCruze 100. Find out more and schedule a demo or call here: www.bendixking.com/en/products/ai/autopilots-and-indicators/aerocruze-100
Are there plans for getting an interface for Garmin GI275 units?
This will be my next upgrade. The KFC 150 has served me well, but the extra envelope protection is irresistible. Not a huge fan of selecting the altitude, VS, heading on the AP unit itself (prefer to do it on the G500 PFD), but I guess it will just take some getting used to.
Is it possible to get your alt pre-select from the alt bug on the aspen?
You mentioned open architecture, can an Aspen device drive the Aerocruze 230?
with the aspen, in GPSS mode, can I make an approach using vertical steering?
Well done. BK needs to do a lot more of these types of video to create market awareness and work its way back into the GA market. Please consider more videos on your products. i.e. AeroNav900 and how to operate its various features.
An in flight demo of the 230 would be most helpful and appreciated.
Where can the list of interface items (ADSB, Wx Radar, autopilots) be found?
Hello! Could JPI 930 give data to AeroVue Touch to show it from left side? If yes, what adaptor needs to be ordered additionally?
Perfect

A video on the AeroCruze230 autopilot would be nice to see.
Thanks
could have been a very good gps nav/comm if they would have let Aspen redo the interface would have been a great competitor vs Garmin
Awesome product!
Who buys this product. Anybody... talk about a total lack of marketing. BK must not like it themselves if they don't want to promote it. 3.5 year old video
Very good information!

3D model for game www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/aircraft/part/bendix-king-ksn-770-multifunction-integrated-navigator
@2:40 cursor control devices are horrible, and don't allow the pilot to keep their head up. Gulfstreams used a thumb control in the armrest, which was nice, but windows 95 style pull down menus are clunky in a cockpit. PFI area of this cockpit looks good.
I was going to buy this, and then I found out they will not support ADS-B (FIS-B) weather display. If you want weather on this you have to buy an XM radio subscription. I also had some feedback from an installer that it's heavy and not supporting all the functions they advertise. I'd rather pay more and get something that's fully functional and popular.
Yet another King Air cockpit? It looks good, but I really gotta wonder how many of these will get sold after G-1000, IDS-3000 (PL21), and EFI-890R retrofit took a big market share. Sandel is in the same boat. Level A cert for Part 25 is a big hurdle. If anyone wants to know about other markets worth targeting, let me know.
Amazing tech
just decided to upgrade my NavII on my 2003 Cessna 182, can't wait for delivery....
